Today, Kia Stevens (Awesome Kong) had a Summons issued in her lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge.

As I do not have access to the actual court files, I am uncertain what exactly is contained in the Summons. It is very likely that more information will be available within a few days.

Sirius has screwed too many people, enough is enough

More and more as time goes on, I really believe that Sirius has screwed both Bubba the Love Sponge and his fans with his current contract.

As was the case with many people, I came to Sirius because of Howard Stern. Within a few months, I found myself wanting to listen to Bubba at 12pm PST more than "The King of all Media" in the morning. Bubba was everything that I used to like about Howard, and more. He was deeply involved with his fans, and had a strong desire to give his listeners a 100% effort.

Due to the great programming on Howard 100/101 I decided to get two lifetime subscriptions.

WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!

After Sirius got my money, they decided to screw with The Bubba the Love Sponge Show. In an effort to be as cheap as possible, they made a contract with Bubba that resulted in a terrestrial rebroadcast from Monday - Thursday, and one live show each Friday.

Since that time, Bubba has always put on a quality show. He is a professional no matter if he is censored or uncensored. My issues however are with Sirius as a corporate entity.

I believe that they have engaged in misleading business practices by selling extended subscription packages to the Bubba Army, while knowing that they had no intentions on continuing to provide the same type of programming.

As Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. is located in New York State, the applicable Statute of Limitations are 3 years for Product Liability and 6 years for Contractual claims. As my time to submit a legal complaint against Sirius under a Product Liability claim is coming up within 90 days, I am looking to see if anyone else has made a complaint against Sirius, or would be looking to join me in a potential Class Action Lawsuit.

As of 8:00am EST it is hopeful that she is doing ok.

On Saturday March 13, 2010 Bubba the Love Sponge and Stingray Chevrolet were happy to announce Gary Willets (Orlando, Fl) as the winner of the Hulk Hogan Chevrolet Camaro raffle.

This morning on his radio show, Bubba stated that it is anticipated that the raffle will have raised approximately $67,000.00 for Unity in the Community. As a comparison, last year, without the involvement of Bubba the Love Sponge and his Non-Profit Foundation, only $5,100.00 was raised.

Congratulations to Gary Willets and Unity in the Community. And a big thank you to Bubba and Steve Hurley from Stingray Chevrolet for donating the car in it's entirety, and therefore allowing all proceeds from the raffle to go to the charity.

People who edit Wikipedia pages need a life

This morning it was brought to my attention that some people have been making changes to Bubba the Love Sponge's Wikipedia page. These changes are being done to embarass Bubba and possibly spread false information about him. Most recently, the changes were to his name, and were juvenile at best.

The IP addresses belonging to the current culprits are 75.51.145.163 and 71.196.65.122. The first IP is registered to San Jose, CA (AT&T) and the second IP is from Hialeah, FL (Comcast Cable).

A Google search on the first IP address shows a connection to edits being made to Jason Ellis' Wikipedia page. On March 10, 2010 this person corrected negative entries made on Ellis' page by "Gaeagzeeg" from the previous day. Ironically, when the person from the first IP address corrected the changes, he/she documented the reason as "Removing vandalism by Bubba The Love Sponge fans". Since that time the page keeps being changed by "Gaeagzeeg" and "Glakeicaoe" to show the negative remarks about Jason Ellis. These changes are to his nickname, fighting style, win/loss statistics, Sirius/XM Radio show information and MMA fight history.

I have not located any additional information about the second IP address.

Hopefully whoever "Gaeagzeeg" and "Glakeicaoe" are will stop this silly game. If you continue to screw with Jason Ellis, it is inevitable that his fans will do the same with Bubba. This accomplishes nothing!!

Kia Stevens v Todd Alan Clem and American Telephone & Telegraph Co dba AT&T

I have received a number of inquiries as to why there have been no comments made by me about this lawsuit. In short, I did not want to write anything for a few days, and give myself an opportunity to think about why this is taking place now.

This story was initially "leaked" by Courthouse News Service on Thursday February 25, 2010. It is alleged that Awesome Kong (Kia Stevens) received a telephone call from a blocked number on February 10, 2010 at approximately 5am. The caller identified himself as "Bubba the Love Sponge" and then proceeded to make numerous hateful remarks (which I see no need to post here, but can be easily found elsewhere on the internet).

Shortly after hearing about the lawsuit, I went on the Hillsborough County Circuit Court website, and confirmed that there was actually a lawsuit filed. The Plaintiff is listed as Kia Stevens, and the two Defendants are Todd Alan Clem *and* American Telephone & Telegraph Co. dba AT&T. This complaint was filed on February 22, 2010, and was supported by affidavits filed by Kia Stevens and K. Gus Dimitrelos.

A search on K. Gus Dimitrelos shows a profile for Konstantinos Gus Dimitrelos as a Cyber Forensics Associate with G6 Investigations. On of Mr. Dimitrelos specialties is assisting various law enforcement agencies "in solving digital investigations, conducting computer-cellular forensics and reconstructing historical cellular data." Clearly his services have been retained in an effort to identify the individual that placed the alleged call to Ms. Stevens on February 10, 2010.

I initially questioned the time between the alleged telephone call (February 10, 2010) and the date of the court filing (February 22, 2010), as it seemed an excessive amount of time to wait should such a hateful call have actually taken place. However, now that I have looked into the reputation of Mr. Dimitrelos, I believe the delay to be reasonable. Based on his reputation, I would expect that he would have needed to do some preliminary investigation before agreeing provide his assistance in this lawsuit. To date, I have not been able to receive details about his Affidavit as submitted on February 22, 2010.

Although Ms. Stevens likely did receive a hateful call on February 10, 2010 as alleged in her complaint, I am highly doubtful that anyone who was going to make such a telephone call would first identify themselves by name. If Bubba the Love Sponge made this call, and identified himself to Ms. Stevens at the start of the call, why would he have any need to block his telephone number? The only reason to block one's telephone number is to avoid identification, so what logic is there in believing that Bubba the Love Sponge was the actual caller? THERE IS NONE.

I feel very bad for what Ms. Stevens was told, and strongly hope that the individual(s) that are responsible for this, are brought to justice. Further, I believe that once the identity(ies) of the caller(s) is revealed, Bubba the Love Sponge should also pursue legal action based on the misrepresentation of his identity and the negative publicity which has followed.

Even though I believe Ms. Stevens is a victim here, I can not support the manner in which she has been handling this situation. I believe that there is no basis to have Todd Alan Clem (Bubba) as a Defendant at this time, as her actualy complaint is simply to obtain information from AT&T. She could have easily obtained this information from AT&T without involving Bubba the Love Sponge, and only when/if the facts point to the identify of the caller(s) should additional parties be added.

In my opinion, Ms. Stevens has filed her complaint in this manner for the sole reason of getting publicity. If this was only Kia Stevens v. American Telephone & Telegraph Co. dba AT&T, then nobody would have cared. There would be no media or internet coverage. She would have still received the same result, which is determining who called her, if that was her actual desire.

Unfortunately, when the facts are revealed, and when Ms. Stevens has to admit that Bubba the Love Sponge was not involved in the telephone call to her, the controversy will not vanish. Ms. Stevens has positioned herself to be the victim throughout the entire process, as no matter who called her, she was still harassed. Yet, even though the courts will have acquitted Bubba the Love Sponge, it is unlikely that he will be able to recover from the negative public opinion of him as a result of this.

Please understand that Ms. Stevens is a victim here, but so is Bubba the Love Sponge. Let's all hope that the judicial system will do as intended, and holding the actual party(ies) responsible for their actions liable for all damages done.

Over the last two days, Howard Stern has been speaking about and with Sam Zien concerning his appearance on The Today Show where he put Kathie Lee and Hota in their place for talking over him. I am not going to go into the details too much about what actually took place, but Sam is someone that the Bubba Army can enjoy watching and not feel gay even though it is a cooking show.

I strongly suggest that everyone give Sam a chance. He can be seen on Discovery Health Channel as well as a number of local major market stations.

If you see this man delivering flowers to you, please be sure to give him a tip. We all know that Sirius is not paying the crew of The Bubba the Love Sponge Show a reasonable amount.

Earlier today on the show, Manson was discussing how he has only received a tip when delivering flowers for Tiger Lilli's Florist a handful of times over the years.

According to the "Tipping Etiquette Guide at FindaLink.net", it is customary to tip $2-5 for normal flower deliveries, and $5-10 for larger ones.

Next time you have a delivery guy at your door, make sure to take care of him, you just never know when he might be on a national radio station bashing your cheap ass.

On Saturday Morris Stamm, father-in-law of Bonnie Stamm, passed away after battling cancer for the last few years. Although I'm sure we would all like to show our support directly, the family has specific requests that we all should respect. Below is a copy of the obituary as posted on the Chicago Tribune website today.

Morris Stamm, 85, a Holocaust survivor, resident of Morton Grove passed away at his home on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. Morris is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Henia; loving sons, Marvin (Bonnie) Stamm and Leo (Cookie) Stamm; he was Zaide to his beloved grandchildren Elisa (Jeff), Sari (Alex), Brian (Collier), Randy (Derek); and his three great-grandchildren Abigail, Jocelyn and Jessica. Clearly, Candace Robbins is a good mom, and has spent time teaching her son Jaden Bolli (3yrs old) well. Jaden has made his mom proud, and saved his Grandmother. Very rarely am I impressed with the parental skills of people these days, but Candace and Jaden deserve my respect.

Dr. James C. Burt - The Love Surgeon

Earlier today on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, Bubba received a call from "Clarke" who was discussing an experience that he (his wife) had with a doctor many years ago.

He made reference to "Dr Burton, The Love Surgeon", and said that his wife went in for a routine hysterectomy and went home with a mangled vagina. As best as "Clarke" understood, the doctor was no longer practicing, and was living in Florida.

After some research, I believe the doctor in question is Dr. James C. Burton. According to wikipedia.com;

"Burt was born in Dayton, Ohio and earned his M.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in 1945. He was licensed in Ohio in 1951.

Burt began performing "love surgery" in 1966. In his 1975 book, Surgery of Love, Burt wrote: "Women are structurally inadequate for intercourse. This is a pathological condition amenable to surgery." He claimed his surgery would turn women into "horny little mice" and asserted that "the difference between rape and rapture is salesmanship." Burt's procedures caused sexual dysfunction, infection and the need for corrective surgery in many patients.

In 1988, women subjected to the procedure came forward, eventually initiating several lawsuits. He voluntarily surrendered his license in January 1989, thereby avoiding a medical board hearing which might have uncovered more evidence against him. He subsequently divorced and declared bankruptcy due to the victim lawsuits totaling USD$21 million."

The board operator (affiliate producer) for Bubba the Love Sponge in Orlando on 96.5 WHTQ is "Iron" Dave Adams. It was recently revealed that he was shortly going to be undergoing surgery to have his foot amputated.

Earlier today Bubba was contacted by American Ortho-Tech offering to provide assistance for "Iron" Dave.

I missed the specific name associated with the generous company, but I believe it could be American Ortho-Tech Labs located in Daytona Beach, Fl. If this is the correct company, the owner's name is Scott Goralnik.

On Wednesday January 20, 2010 Heather Clem posted the following statement on her facebook page. I have received permission to post it in on this blog. Once you read her words, I would expect that you will have an entirely new appreciation for Heather. She is a strong, intelligent and supportive person, and on behalf of the Bubba Army - Thank you.

"The following is my personal opinion. People don't listen to Bubba the Love Sponge because they want to have warm & fuzzy feelings. They do not listen to the show so they can hear again for the 1000 time what EVERYONE else in the media has already said. I would hope listeners follow because they WANT to hear what others are afraid to say. Our country's media outlets are so sensationalized to garner ratings I fear we rarely get the raw TRUE un-biased factual events of a situation. Think about it...the camera is from someone else's view, words can be taken out of context, the reporter can skew the event with his/her own opinion or intrepretation.

As a whole, I think Americans have become all too comfortable relying on someone or something else for assistance. Whether it be welfare, healthcare, schools, or government agencies many of us have become both ignorant and ambivilant to our choices. So what happens when "we" don't have an opinion? SOMEONE ELSE MAKES THE CHOICE FOR US and then, we are forced to accept the end product.

I was lucky enough to be raised by very patriotic parents who taught me to question authority. They made me search for the answers to questions myself & reminded me to never completely rely on one source. I was taught to be grateful for the men and women who had sacrificed their lives so that I can do or be anything I could imagine. My parents taught me that our country was founded so that we could be individuals and still live in harmony with diversity.

I love my husband and I love our country. I am proud that he has the courage to speak his opinion. Most of all, I am proud that we ALL have the freedom to do so...even if there are consequences."

Sgt. David A. Croft Jr - a hero, RIP

Bubba expressed his deepest condolences for the family of Sgt. David A. Croft Jr, who lost his life while serving his country on January 5, 2010 in Iraq.

When standing by the airplane bringing his body back home for burial, his sister was quoted as saying "I'm glad I get to be here for this but I wish that he was walking off the plane not coming off the plane the way he is. But I'm very proud of him, very, very proud of David"

If the loss of a this brave 22yr old man wasn't sad enough, he was only 2 weeks away from leaving the war zone.

This might start to sound repetitive, but you can always count on Bubba the Love Sponge to give his support to those that put their lives on the line for him and his country.

A viewing for Croft will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1104 Cason St. His funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday, also at the church off Paul Buchman Highway, north of Interstate 4.

He will be buried at a cemetery in the Turkey Creek community.

Twitter Tough Guy to Twitter Pussy in 6 easy steps

This morning Bubba the Love Sponge started his show by discussing his recent activity on twitter. In particular he made mention of a confrontation last night with an individual that works under the username of @themanknownasx (his twitter profile picture is shown below).

Bubba explained how this person was shooting off his mouth the previous evening, and when he was being confronted last night, "X" blocked access to view his earlier messages. Even after "X" was challenged to man up and allow everyone to see what he wrote, he refused.

Spice said that eventually the internet always turns into hatred and porn, and there was nothing good that could come of this. Although Bubba wouldn't disagree, he was fighting for the show honor and sometimes when he is too wound up to go to sleep, he knows that he can always calm down after finding a fight with the haters.

During last nights events, Bubba commented on being joined by Full Colonel Jack Stiefel (this is currently his 3rd different rank) and ... me. When Bubba was researching "X" he found that he was following Pee Wee Herman, Bob & Tom and a number of different wrestlers. Obviously, this led to much laughter.

As nothing was being resolved, and as "X" wanted to show off how tough he was, Bubba made the offer to fly him all expenses paid to Tampa for 3 rounds using 12oz gloves. Of course, after about 5 minutes of silence from "X", Bubba was told that he couldn't go to Florida as he works 6 days per week in Customer Service. Spice mocked Bubba by saying "I guess you showed that twitterererer".

If you ever happen to come across "X" on twitter, or if you are a shut in with no friends and family and play in an online PS3 Madden 2010 league with Xman420, make sure to ask "X" why he wasn't prepared to stand behind his statements. Ask him why he wanted Bubba to end up on the wrong end of a shotgun blast, but isn't willing to settle things man to man.

Today on the Howard Stern Show, heard on Sirius satellite radio, a caller made mention of yours truly. Although this was very satisfying, the refusal of the caller to use my name was quite upsetting.

The call was broadcast at approximately 10:10am, and included an appeal made to Bubba the Love Sponge to "call of the Bubba Army" in response to a twitter message which apparently spread like wildfire across the social networking website.

Howard Stern and Bubba on each other's show

This morning Bubba the Love Sponge called in to the Howard Stern Show to discuss all of the recent events and controversy that Bubba is getting publicity for. One of the most interesting aspects of this call was it was being broadcast live on Howard's show on Sirius and on Bubba's terrestrial show heard in 7 different markets.

Most of the discussion was bringing Howard up to date on Bubba's involvement with TNA, the January 4, 2010 Impact Bubba Army ticket fiasco, his comments concerning Haiti and being sucker punched by Awesome (Howard continually referred to her as Amazon) Kong.

When Bubba was asked to rate how hard Kong hit him from 1 - 10, he gave her punch a 6. Bubba admitted that he hates Awesome Kong, and wouldn't lose sleep if she was fired, but he doesn't want her let go at his request. Howard went on record saying that if this was a shoot, he wants TNA to fire Kong.

At various points during the call, Howard ridiculed Bubba for his butchery of the English language. Without missing a beat, and in typical Bubba fashion, he laughed at himself and speculated that his listeners probably use his grammatical errors for a drinking game similar to playing quarters. Every time he messes up, someone takes a shot.

Howard, clearly a Bubba mark, as he speculated about "Amazon" Kong needing someone to wipe for her after going to the bathroom. This is made in reference to Bubba previously telling a story from when he was much heavier and had a girlfriend who would wipe his behind as he was unable to do it for himself.

Bubba was asked if he was going to have Heather post any additional nude pictures on twitter, and he offered to send them to him privately if it was ok with Beth (Mrs. Howard Stern). Howard wanted to give Brent his best, and let him know that he was very impressed with the picture that Amanda posted while they were in New Orleans.

While discussing Heather, it was revealed that Bubba would let Howard have sex with her, if he would guarantee him a job for life. Further, he believes Heather would go along with it and "take one for the team".

I believe the interview peaked when Bubba started discussing his sex live with Heather, and the fact that she has an insatiable appetite for sex. He speculated that she is able to have 27 orgasms, and said that after they have sex and he has finished, she will continue to work on herself for a while after. She is a "freak" in bed, likes dirty talk, dresses up in outfits and they enjoy role playing. At one point she played the role of meter maid, then mistakenly detailed a time that she came in dressed like Dorothy Hammill. This was quickly corrected, and the actual scenario didn't involve Heather on ice skates, but she came in as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz wearing ruby slippers and carrying their dog Bianca in a basket.

Although this type does not fit within the purposes of this blog, how could I avoid commenting on this radio gold.

Awesome Kong v. Bubba, was it staged?

According to Nick Paglino of http://www.wrestlezone.com/ he has confirmed through an inside source at TNA that the confrontation between Awesome Kong and Bubba the Love Sponge was indeed real. His article provides some information not revealed on Bubba's radio program.

Wisely, the author does present the possibility that this could have been a "work", and that the attack was staged by Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo. In my humble opinion, if Vince Russo has anything to do with this, then maybe he shouldn't be fired after all. Of course, it is unlikely that he is creative enough to be involved.

After my appeals yesterday on twitter to generate support for Bubba, and to challenge media outlets to cover his positive actions in addition to the negative press he has been receiving recently, a blog article was posted on tampabay.com by Eric Deggans. Unfortunately, this is just another in the long list of biased reports bogging down the internet of late.

Dep James Louis Anderson

Earlier today Bubba received an email asking for the Bubba Army to show support for the family of Dep James Louis Anderson who sadly lost his life on January 14, 2010.

He served with the St. Johns County Sheriffs Office.

Dep Anderson was driving to work when he was struck by an SUV driving the wrong direction in his lane. Less than 1hr before the accident, another officer was almost hit and called Florida Hwy Patrol to report the vehicle.

Although Dep Anderson succumbed to his injuries, the person responsible for his death, 26yr old Kris Elliott Caudilla, of Jacksonville, continues to live. Hopefully he will be brought to justice... swift and stiff justice. He is survived by a wife and 4 children.

Another generous gesture by Bubba that will never be publicized

Today on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, he welcomed Steve Hurley and Andrew Conrad from Stingray Chevrolet. They were there to discuss a charitable organization called Unity in the Community, which they are supporting again this year.

During the conversation, Bubba questioned them about some reports he received from last year's involvement. He wanted to know why a car dealership would be donating televisions for a raffle, instead of a vehicle. Clearly surprised at this change of topic, the representatives from Stingray Chevrolet explained that it would be a very expensive proposition to donate a car outright. Bubba inquired about the actual dealer cost on a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. Without wanting to give away too much internal financial information, they were willing to confirm that a very nicely equipped 2010 Camaro would cost them under $30,000.

At that point Bubba challenged Steve Hurley, the president of Stingray Chevrolet, to match his charitable organization in splitting the cost to donate the car. Fortunately for the fine people at Unity in the Community, Bubba and Mr. Hurley reached an agreement to do this.

Although no exact amounts were discussed on air, using the figure of $30,000.00 that was mentioned, The Bubba the Love Sponge Foundation will be contributing up to $15,000.00 to ensure the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro will be part of the raffle.

I dare some major news organization to post this article and give credit to Bubba the Love Sponge, the people at Stingray Chevrolet, and direct some attention towards the good works put forth by Unity in the Community.

After some searching I was able to locate a clip of the convicted "Homeless Murders" killer Cordaro Hardin singing to the jury about his skruggles. Although there is nothing amusing about what he has been convicted of doing, it is impossible not to chuckle at the song.

Bubba the Love Sponge ATTACKED at TNA

As just revealed at 8am EST on The Bubba the Love Sponge show, last night at the TNA Wrestling tapings, Bubba was physically assaulted by female wrestler Awesome Kong. In case you are not familiar with this person, check out her picture and her stats.

Bubba was not comfortable discussing this matter on the air, but did reveal that "Kong" was wearing her wrestling gear and took him by surprise with a self-described "sucker punch". After being being hit initially on the cheek, he was then struck in the mouth. During the ambush, "Kong" made it clear that she was doing in response to Bubba's comments about situation in Haiti. When asked why Bubba did retaliate, he revealed that he was concerned that any physical contact against "Kong", even in self defense, would likely result in him being released from both TNA, Sirius and his syndicated terrestrial radio show.

In addition to the normal wrestling website articles, there has now been some very fair and balanced coverage (no, not Fox News) of the unfolding saga of Bubba the Love Sponge on shabooty.com.

What has impressed me the most about this particular presentation, is the lack of additional commentary. The creator of shabooty.com describes himself as "a humorist, comic, rapper, celebrity interviewer, pop-culture guru, and narcissist." The author is allowing the reader to form their own opinion about the situation, and that is the most fair way of presenting the facts.

Fire Bubba the Love Sponge from TNA - Facebook page

This page appears to have been created by Justin Christopher Wile on January 16, 2010 at 4:06pm. Initially, I believed this was just another attempt to railroad Bubba by a rabid TNA Wrestling fan that didn't want anything to change. I even took a few shots at him on my twitter account. For this, I apologize.

He has allowed @JackStiefel to submit an extremely well written statement to the page, and posted the following comment "Hey everyone, there is a very well written rebuttal from a fan of BTLS on the discussion board. DO NOT FLAME HIM PLEASE, but feel free to convo it up. I would love to see what some of you have to say in response to him.".

This is a very fair way to handle his strong convictions, and although I happen to disagree with what he is attempting to do, I can commend him for showing respect to someone with a different point of view.

It is amazing how much transpires over 8 hours.

There are many rumours spreading over the internet about Bubba's future with TNA "Total Nonstop Action" Wrestling. Statements have been made that he was fired, suspended or forced to resign. As of this article, there have been no official statements made by any of the parties involved.

Early this morning, the following comments were posted on Bubba's twitter account, and leave much open for discussion about his future involvement.

"Going to bed had a long talk with Eric b. I don't want to take over jbs backstage interviews. I may have to walk away. Cause I don't agree",

In this writers opinion, Bubba the Love Sponge is a good man, a great husband and father, a loyal friend, and a generous supporter of charitable causes that have touched his heart and are needing of assistance. One can only hope that cooler heads prevail, and whatever transpires will be in the best interest of everyone.

Should Bubba ever read this post, which I do not anticipate, I hope he knows how deeply he is supported by his friends and fans.

The TNA Genesis PPV is now over, and there was no sign of the Six Star General. According to online reports, Bubba was on location.

Hopefully we will hear from the man himself within a few hours to hear how things went, and to get some explanation for his absence.

On a side note, it appears that Gene Magee (the object of the initial Bubba v. TNA hostilities) gave a shout out to the Bubba Army prior to the event, and received a positive response.

Does this sound like comments made by a fan, by a BUBBA ARMY member? I think not. He even makes reference to the Bubba Army as "they". This guy is a rat, and can not be trusted.
